Ingredients/Components
- balsamic vinegar - 1/3 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- shallots, finely chopped - 2 item
- dried Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- molasses
- carrots, scraped - 1/2 lb
- sweet red pepper - 1 item
- sweet yellow pepper - 1 item
- zucchini - 2 item
- yellow squash - 2 item
- large onion - 1 item
How to make grilled vegetable salad:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside. Cut remaining vegetables into large pieces and add to vinegar mixture, tossing to coat. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
