Grilled sirloin steak
Ingredients/Components
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 c
- red wine vinegar or cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- garlic cloves, chopped - 4 item
- ground ginger or 1/4 c - 1 Tbsp
- and 2-inches thick - 1 boneless
How to make grilled sirloin steak:
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients; add beef. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Drain and discard the marinade. Grill steak, covered, over indirect medium heat for 1 1/2 hours, turning once, or until meat reaches desired doneness (for rare a meat thermometer should read 140°, medium 160° and well done 170°).
