- Italian dressing - 1 item
- large jumbo shrimp - 2 lb
How to make grilled shrimp:
Insert 6 peeled, deveined, raw shrimp onto 8 to 12-inch wooden skewers, putting skewers through the middle of tail and head end of the shrimp. Soak in dish and cover with Italian dressing for 30 minutes (at least). Cook skewers of shrimp on a hot grill, turning for even cooking, until shrimp are pink, approximately 3 to 5 minutes on each side.Helpful Hint: The shrimp can be positioned on the skewers and stored in the freezer in an airtight container until ready to use. Thaw, soak in dressing and cook.
