Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make grilled salmon steaks:
Mix marinade ingredients together. Pour over fresh salmon steaks and refrigerate for 6 hours. Keep turning fish. Broil 8 to 10 minutes each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
