Grilled pork chops



  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • cloves garlic, pressed or chopped fine - 2 item
  • thick-cut loin pork chops - 4 item

How to make grilled pork chops:

Mix oil, garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice; set aside. Score meat on both sides. Baste with lemon mixture and place on hot grill. Partially cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes per side. Turn 3 or 4 times, basting occasionally, and season with salt and pepper. For indoor baking, preheat oven to 350°. Baste and place pork chops on racks on baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes, turning and basting with lemon mixture. Makes 4 servings.
