Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- eggplants - 2 item
- coarse sea salt - 1 item
- Walla Walla onions, peeled - 2 item
How to make grilled eggplant:
Preheat grill. Combine olive oil and garlic in a bowl. Cut onions and eggplant into 1/2-inch thick slices. Brush with garlic oil mixture. Grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Baste with remaining garlic oil. Season with sea salt.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Barbecue.
