Grilled chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- honey - 8 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- sage - 2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 3 tsp
- to 16 wings or wing drummettes - 14 item
How to make grilled chicken wings:
In a bowl, stir all ingredients together, except chicken. Place chicken in dish; pour sauce over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator about 1 hour.Place chicken on prepared grill, skin side up, about 8 inches from heat. Grill, turning every 15 minutes for about 30 minutes, basting liberally with sauce during last 15 minutes. Chicken is done when fork can be inserted with ease.
