  • smoked ham hocks, smoked turkey or any smoked meat - 1 lb

How to make greens:

Wash and remove stems from greens. Wash again to remove any grit. (If large collards, cut into small pieces.)

Meanwhile, put smoked meat on to boil in a small amount of water; boil until tender. Add greens, chicken bouillon and sugar. Simmer until greens are tender.
