Green tomato pickles

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 5 c
• vinegar - 1 qt
• bell pepper - 1/2 gal
• large cucumbers - 4 item
• onions - 1/2 gal
• green tomatoes - 1 gal

How to make green tomato pickles:

Cut peppers, onions and cucumbers into chunks. Add vinegar and sugar; cook 15 minutes after it starts to boil. Cut tomatoes into chunks and add to mixture. Cook 5 minutes more. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
