Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1/4 c
- green onions - 2 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- green bell pepper - 1/4 c
- chicken bouillon - 2 c
How to make green rice:
Cook onions in oil until soft, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Cover and bake in a 350° oven until rice is done. Toss lightly with fork.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
