Green chili enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
How to make green chili enchiladas:
Brown ground beef and onions, drain; then add Cheddar cheese and set aside. Heat soup, milk and Velveeta in microwave or in top of double boiler until cheese is melted. Then add green chilies. Fill tortilla with meat mixture, roll tightly and place in baking dish. Pour Velveeta sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, North american.
