Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- corn flake crumbs - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar - 1/2 lb
- frozen French-cut beans, cooked and drained - 3 pkg
How to make green beans:
Melt butter on low. Add flour. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Add salt, pepper and onion. Take off heat. Add sour cream. Fold into beans. Fold in Cheddar cheese. Melt butter and add to corn flake crumbs. Spread on top of beans in a casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Spanish.
