Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • olive oil - 1/2 c
  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • can kidney beans, drained - 1 oz
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • can cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
  • can garbanzo beans, drained - 1 oz
  • parsley, washed, dried and chopped - 1 item

How to make green bean salad:

In a large bowl, combine all the drained cans of beans and add oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, sliced onion and parsley. Mix well. Let beans marinate (soak) for at least 2 hours. You do not have to refrigerate it. Serves 8 to 10 people.
