Ingredients/Components
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- can French fried onion rings - 1 item
- cans French-cut green beans - 2 item
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make green bean casserole:
Save enough onion rings to cover top of casserole. Grease casserole dish with margarine, then spread 1 can mushroom soup, then 1/2 of remaining onions, 1/2 of liquid reserved from beans and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Crumble remaining onions on top. Return to oven and brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Green/yellow beans.
