Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • 2 oz - 1/2 c
  • diced celery - 1/2 c
  • white pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • slivered almonds - 1/2 c
  • can cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 3/4
  • can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
  • can Mexican-style corn, drained - 1 oz
  • herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c

How to make green bean and corn casserole:

Combine corn, green beans, celery, onion, cheese, sour cream, soup and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Combine butter, almonds and stuffing mix in a bowl; toss gently. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
