Green bean and corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can Mexican-style corn, drained - 1 oz
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c
How to make green bean and corn casserole:
Combine corn, green beans, celery, onion, cheese, sour cream, soup and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Combine butter, almonds and stuffing mix in a bowl; toss gently. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
