- peas or limas - 1 lb
- tomatoes - 1 lb
- fresh dill - 1 item
- fresh mint - 1 item
- sugar - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
How to make greek vegetables:
Saute zucchini, eggplant and onion in oil and butter. Add fresh vegetables and rest of ingredients. Cover. Cook over low heat until tender.Recipe categories: Squash, Main dish, Green/yellow beans.
