- tomatoes - 1 lb
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- zucchini - 1 item
- small eggplant - 1 item
- medium to large onion - 1 item
- string beans - 1 lb
- fresh peas or limas - 1 lb
- fresh dill to taste - 1 item
- fresh mint to taste - 1 item
How to make greek vegetables:
Saut?© zucchini, eggplant, and onion in oil and butter. Add fresh vegetables, dill, mint and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low until tender.Recipe categories: Squash, Main dish, Green/yellow beans.
