Greek tzatziki
Ingredients/Components
- plain yogurt - 2 c
- cloves garlic, chopped fine - 3 item
- finely chopped dill
- large cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced - 1 item
How to make greek tzatziki:
Strain the cucumber for about 1 hour. In a serving bowl, blend all prepared ingredients together and let set in refrigerator for about an hour. When serving, drizzle some olive oil over the Tzatziki and serve as an appetizer or dip with bread as an accompaniment.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Side dish.
