  • Dijon-style mustard
  • pitted ripe olives - 24 item
  • cucumber, sliced - 1 item
  • crumbled Feta cheese - 1/2 c
  • tomatoes, cut in wedges - 3 item
  • bite-size pieces lettuce - 4 c
  • bite-size pieces spinach - 5 c

How to make greek salad:

Lemon Dressing:1/4 c. vegetable oil2 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. sugar1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper Combine salad ingredients. Shake Lemon Dressing ingredients in tightly covered container. Makes 8 servings. Contains 135 calories per serving.
