- sliced green pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- stalks celery, diced - 2 item
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 1/2 lb
- dash of lemon juice - 1 item
- chickpeas - 1/4 c
- garlic wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- cucumber, sliced and quartered - 1 item
- can anchovies, drained - 1 item
- Salad:1 1/2 heads lettuce or mixed greens
- bunch scallions or 1 large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Garnish:3 quartered tomatoes
- to 20 Kalamata Greek olives - 16 item
- jar drained capers - 1 item
How to make greek salad:
Mix all ingredients.Salad:1 1/2 heads lettuce or mixed greens1 cucumber, sliced and quartered1 bunch scallions or 1 large onion, chopped2 stalks celery, diced1 sliced green pepper6 sliced radishes1/4 c. chickpeas Combine ingredients and toss.Garnish:3 quartered tomatoes1/2 lb.
