- diced green pepper - 1 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- sugar or Splenda - 4 tsp
- sliced ripe olives - 1 c
- diced Swiss cheese - 1 c
- sliced green onions with tops - 2 c
- small cauliflower florets - 2 c
- sliced green olives with pimientos - 1 c

- oil part olive oil, part salad oil - 2/3 c
How to make greek salad:
Combine all salad ingredients. Ingredients and proportions may be varied to taste. Marinated artichoke hearts are an excellent addition.Dressing:1/3 c. vinegar (salad-type, wine vinegar, or plain)2/3 c. oil (part olive oil, part salad oil)4 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning (not Old George)4 tsp. sugar or Splenda Mix dressing, pour over salad and stir.
