- lemon juice - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- oregano - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 c
- minced garlic - 1 item
How to make greek potatoes:
Peel and quarter potatoes in baking pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour over potatoes until mixture comes up halfway. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
