Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped cabbage - 4 c
- minced fresh dill - 1 Tbsp
- crumbled Feta cheese - 1/2 c
How to make greek cabbage salad:
Place the cabbage, Feta and dill in a large bowl. Put the oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, mustard and oregano in a small bowl or jar and stir or shake until combined. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well mixed.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Salads, Side dish.
