Grasshopper pie
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- creme de menthe - 1/4 c
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- dark chocolate wafers - 1 pkg
How to make grasshopper pie:
Crush wafers and add melted butter. Press into an 8-inch pan and save some for top decoration.In small bowl, mix creme de menthe with marshmallow cream; blend well (I use a whip). Then fold into whipped cream. Pour into crust and top with reserved crumbs. Freeze. Allow 3 hours before eating.
