Grasshopper pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 6 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• coconut - 1 c
• vinegar - 1 Tbsp
• raisins - 1 c
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item
• walnuts or pecans, chopped - 1 c
• 9-inch pie crusts - 2 item

How to make grasshopper pie:

Mix the sugar, coconut, margarine, raisins, walnuts or pecans, eggs, vanilla and vinegar together well. Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie shells. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes or until browned on top.
