- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- walnuts or pecans, chopped - 1 c
- 9-inch pie crusts - 2 item
How to make grasshopper pie:
Mix the sugar, coconut, margarine, raisins, walnuts or pecans, eggs, vanilla and vinegar together well. Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie shells. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes or until browned on top.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Cakes.
