- sugar
- warm water - 1 gal
- Concord grapes - 1 gal
How to make grape wine:
Place ingredients in crock jar, mixing well. Cover with dish towel. Change dish towel occasionally (if mixture gets on towel). Let set in warm place for 2 weeks. Skim off foam and stir daily. Place in bottles after mixture stops working. After placing in smaller bottles, cover with balloons (not caps) until mixture is done working (approximately 6 to 8 weeks).Recipe categories: Drinks, Berries, Cocktails.
