Grape-nuts custard

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/4 c
• Grape-Nuts - 1/2 c
• coconut optional - 1 Tbsp

How to make grape-nuts custard:

Dissolve Grape-Nuts in 1 cup warm water and drain. Beat eggs; add milk and all other ingredients; blend. Bake in casserole for 1 hour at 350°.
