Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 7 c
- honey - 1/2 c
- applesauce - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1 c
- wheat germ - 1 c
- soy flour - 1/2 c
How to make granola:
Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl. Spread evenly on cookie sheets. Bake at 275° until coconut is lightly browned (approximately 1 hour). Cool and store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Grains, Granola and porridge.
