Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 7 c
  • honey - 1/2 c
  • applesauce - 1/2 c
  • slivered almonds - 1 c
  • wheat germ - 1 c
  • soy flour - 1/2 c

How to make granola:

Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl. Spread evenly on cookie sheets. Bake at 275° until coconut is lightly browned (approximately 1 hour). Cool and store in airtight container.
