Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • nuts optional - 1/4 c
  • oatmeal - 5 c
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • sesame seed - 1 c
  • wheat germ - 1/2 c
  • safflower oil - 2 Tbsp
  • unprocessed bran - 1/4 c

How to make granola:

Combine dry ingredients in large baking pan. Blend honey, water and oil; heat slightly. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until combined evenly. Heat slowly at 225° to 250° for 2 hours. Turn with spatula every 15 minutes. Makes 14 (approximately 1/2 cup) servings.
