Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 item
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • oat bran - 1/3 c
  • slivered almonds - 2 Tbsp
  • sunflower seeds - 2 Tbsp
  • wheat germ - 1/3 c
  • oats - 3 c
  • soy nuts - 2 Tbsp
  • melted margarine diet okay - 2 Tbsp

How to make granola:

Combine oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, soy nuts, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine honey, margarine and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients. Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes until nicely, lightly browned. Stir every 12 to 15 minutes.
