Granola



Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 item
- honey - 1/4 c
- oat bran - 1/3 c
- slivered almonds - 2 Tbsp
- sunflower seeds - 2 Tbsp
- wheat germ - 1/3 c
- oats - 3 c
- soy nuts - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine diet okay - 2 Tbsp
How to make granola:
Combine oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, soy nuts, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine honey, margarine and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients. Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes until nicely, lightly browned. Stir every 12 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Grains, Granola and porridge.
