  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 20 oz
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • Milnot - 1 c
  • pecans or coconut - 1/2 c
  • Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle brown sugar and nuts or coconut over top

How to make granny cake:

Mix ingredients well except brown sugar and pecans or coconut. Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle brown sugar and nuts or coconut over top. Bake 40 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar1 c. sugar1 c. Milnot1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla Pour over warm cake.
