Grandma's sweet potato casserole

- chopped pecans
- milk
- salt
- flour
- brown sugar
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick margarine room temperature - 1 item
- vanilla or more to taste
- large cans sweet potatoes - 3 item
How to make grandma's sweet potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. brown sugar1 c. flour2 sticks margarine2 c. chopped pecans Filling: Mash sweet potatoes in large bowl. (Drain juice beforehand.) Add salt, margarine, vanilla, sugar, eggs and milk. Mix together well or until lightly fluffy. Spread evenly in rectangle casserole pan.Topping: In medium pot, melt margarine. Add brown sugar, flour and pecans. Stir until well blended and thickened. Spread topping evenly on filling mixture. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until topping is browned and bubbly.
