- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- corn - 1 pt
How to make grandma's corn fritters:
Heat shortening to 375°. Drop by spoonfuls into shortening. Fry 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.Can serve with maple syrup.
