  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • sour cream
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make graham cracker crust:

Crust:1 pkg. graham crackers (red box)1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. butter Topping:1 pt. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Butter an 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan. Mix together and roll fine the graham crackers, sugar and butter. Press crumbs on bottom of pan and 2 inches up the side of pan.

Pour cheese mixture in pan. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Remove from oven and let sit for 20 minutes.

Mix well the topping ingredients. Pour over cheese cake and bake for 10 minutes at 325°. Chill and enjoy.
