Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- cornstarch - 3 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- chopped pecans optional - 1 c
- Makes 3 layers
- box crushed graham crackers - 1 item
How to make graham cracker cake:
Mix all together. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Filling:1 large can crushed pineapple1 small can crushed pineapple1 1/2 c. sugar3 tsp. cornstarch Cook pineapple juice, sugar and cornstarch until thickened.
