  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • pecans - 1 c
  • box graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
  • juice from large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • Cream butter and sugar

How to make graham cracker cake:

Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat well. Add milk and cracker crumbs a little at a time. Mix well. Add vanilla and pineapple juice. Makes 3 layers. Grease cake pans and flour bottom and sides well. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cake tests done.Frosting for Cake:1/2 c. butter, melted1 box confectioners sugar1 can crushed pineapple1 c. coconut1 c. pecans Mix sugar and pineapple, then add melted butter, coconut, vanilla and nuts. Spread on cake when cooled.
