Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2/3 c
- butter
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick margarine
- frozen coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar reserve juice - 1 item
How to make graham cracker cake:
Icing:1 stick margarine1 can crushed pineapple, drained1 box powdered sugar (reserve juice) Let margarine come to room temperature. Cream with sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Add baking powder to graham crumbs. Add coconut, pecans and vanilla to egg mixture. Add milk alternately with crumb mixture. Bake in two lightly greased and floured round cake pans at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool cakes. Drizzle juice from pineapple over cakes.
