Graham cracker brownies
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
How to make graham cracker brownies:
Beat eggs until light. Combine sugar, salt, graham cracker crumbs and nuts; add to beaten eggs, mixing well. Add vanilla. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 8-inch square pan. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut while still warm. They can be served as a pudding with a topping of ice cream or whipped cream, or can be dusted with confectioners sugar and served as brownies.
