Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- macaroni - 8 oz
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- large can diced tomatoes - 1 item
How to make goulash:
Brown ground beef with chopped up onion and green pepper. Drain fat. In another pan, cook macaroni and rinse with warm water. Mix ground beef, macaroni, tomatoes and kidney beans in one pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat about 30 minutes. Great with crackers or French bread.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
