Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- can tomato juice - 1 oz
- onion - 1/2 c
- garlic - 1/4 tsp
- medium bell pepper - 1 item
- elbow noodles - 1 pkg
- pieces celery - 2 item
How to make goulash:
Fry the hamburger with chopped onion, bell pepper and celery; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 30 minutes.Boil noodles; drain. Combine all ingredients together. Add tomato juice, as much as desired. Heat and serve with garlic bread.
