- egg - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- nuts if desired - 1 c
- chocolate chips if desired - 1 c
How to make gooey butter cake:
Mix yellow cake mix, margarine and 1 egg together. Press in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, 2 eggs, chocolate chips and nuts; pour over crust. Bake at 350° for only 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Holiday.
