Golden potato wedges



Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- dried oregano - 1/4 tsp
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- medium unpeeled, scrubbed all-purpose potatoes - 4 item
- chives optional addition - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese optional addition - 1 item
How to make golden potato wedges:
Cut each potato into 10 to 12 wedges. Place potatoes in a shallow baking pan. Melt butter and mix with oil and add remaining ingredients except cheese. Then pour mixture over wedges and mix well. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
