Golden potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- potatoes - 6 item
- butter - 1/4 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- green onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make golden potato casserole:
Boil potatoes in skins. Chill, then peel and grate into a large bowl. In medium saucepan, over low heat, combine butter and cheese, stirring occasionally until almost melted. Remove from heat. Blend in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes; stir lightly and turn into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
