- frozen pie crust - 1 item
- firmly packed brown sugar
- flour
- light corn syrup
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- pecan halves or broken pecans - 1 c
How to make golden pecan pie:
Filling:1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. flour1 1/4 c. light corn syrup3 eggs1 1/4 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted1 c. pecan halves or broken pecans In large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in butter and pecans. Pour in pie crust pan. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes or until center of pie is puffed and golden brown. Cool. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
