Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- large eggs - 2 item
- grated cheese - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- medium potatoes, cooked and mashed - 4 item
- chives - 1 tsp
- flour or little more until pliable - 4 c
How to make gnocchi:
Mix all together. Roll out like snakes. Cut into pieces. Place on tray; either cook or freeze. Holds 4 months uncooked.Cooking fresh: Bring water to boil, add noodles and cook 15 minutes. Serves 6. Makes 1 pound.
