Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 lb
- water - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- boiled sweet potatoes - 12 item
How to make glazed sweet potatoes:
Boil sugar and water 3 minutes. Add butter. Pare potatoes. Slice and arrange in single layer in baking dish. Pour over syrup. Bake at 350° until brown. Baste several times. Serves 10 to 12 people. A holiday dinner "must".Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
