Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- or 1 lb - 4 c
How to make glazed pecans:
Combine sugar, water and honey in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook until it forms soft ball stage (235° on a candy thermometer). Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Dip pecans into syrup; place on wax paper to cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
