Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1/3 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- bottled chili sauce - 1/2 c
- Crisco vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make glazed meatballs:
Combine beef, bread crumbs, onions, milk, egg, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Cook in hot oil over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned. Drain on paper towels. Combine chili sauce aRecipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
