Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- grated orange peel - 1 tsp
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- carrots, peeled and cooked and cut
How to make glazed carrots:
Mix sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Stir in orange peel and juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low; stir in butter. Simmer 2 minutes until thick and syrupy. Add carrots and stir to coat. Transfer to dish and garnish with parsley.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
