Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- sliced carrots - 4 c
- butter melted - 3 Tbsp
How to make glazed carrots:
Cook carrots in salted water until tender. Then drain. In a casserole dish combine butter and brown sugar. Add carrots. Stir to coat and glaze. Bake in a preheated oven 350° 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
